StrongPoint Closures & Transitions operates as a specialized commercial trade subcontractor. We partner with General Contractors, commercial facility leads, and property managers to solve critical-path site bottlenecks.

We execute high-precision pre-trade site clearances, commercial asset staging, surface armoring (heavy floor/finish protection), and clean-slab handoffs ahead of major construction and remodeling trades.

We operate under strict flight-line site discipline, OSHA compliance, and zero-defect quality standards. As our project volume expands across Oklahoma, we are building a pool of vetted, dependable field technicians for upcoming job mobilizations, with immediate opportunities to grow into Site Lead and Crew Supervisor roles.

What We Are Looking For

• Uncompromising Professionalism: You represent StrongPoint on active commercial jobsites. Crisp execution, clean appearance, and a professional attitude are mandatory.
• Reliability & Punctuality: When a job mobilization is set, arriving on time is critical. Our clients rely on us to keep multi-million-dollar jobsites on schedule.
• System-Driven & Trainable: You must be able to follow established field systems, safety protocols, and jobsite checklists precisely as directed.
• Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical labor, perform team lifts up to 50+ lbs, and operate material handling equipment (dollies, ramps, surface protection systems) safely.
• Active Drivers License & Reliable Transportation: Ability to arrive at designated project sites or dispatch points across the OKC metro area.

Position Details & Path to Advancement

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour on a standard W-2 payroll system.
• Pay Growth: Performance reviews tied to reliability, system mastery, and site leadership. Pay moves upward as your skill and responsibility grow.
• Leadership Opportunity: We promote from within. Technicians who demonstrate strong site control, safety enforcement, and team communication will be fast-tracked into Working Site Leads and Operations Supervisors.
• Work Structure: Initial work is project-based and on-call as project Purchase Orders (POs) mobilize, transitioning into consistent roster hours as business volume scales.
